Q: Do I need an appointment to see your gowns?

Yes! We have worked hard on creating the ultimate experience to ease the journey of finding your perfect dress. What we love most about this experience is giving the entire space to you and your party to browse our gowns and try on! This requires an appointment to ensure you get your full 90 minutes without interruption.


Q: How many of my loved ones can I bring with me to my appointment?

When it comes to selecting your entourage for the bryde experience, we have a simple phrase: You. Do. YOU. If you're the bryde who likes the idea of finding her dream dress alone or with very few, do YOU! If you have a larger crew, by all means bring them along! We have seating available for up to 5 guests in the bridal lounge. Extra attendees will need to be prepared to stand for the duration of the appointment.


Q: When should I book my appointment?

Because our unique gowns are made to measure by their designer, we recommend booking an appointment 6-10 months before your wedding day. Purchasing your dress any later than 6 months before the big day may leave you subject to rush fees, which vary by designer. Don't have a date set? No problem! As long as you're planning for the allotted time mentioned above, you really can't get your gown too early ;).


Q: My wedding is in a few months, but I REALLY want a gown from Bryde! Is there a way I can get my dress on shorter notice?

If there's a will, there's a way! Many of our dresses can be ordered with a quick turnaround. Depending on designer, rush orders may incur an additional fee. There will also be occasions where we sell our floor samples (sometimes at a discount)!


Q: What is the price range of your gowns?

Dresses at Bryde will start at around $1,600 and go up from there! A majority of our gowns will range from $1,600 - $3,500, with the remaining between $4,000 - $7,000+


Q: Do you provide alterations?

Our gowns at Bryde are made to measure. This means that when you say yes to your dream dress with us, we take your measurements and send them to the designer, where they custom make your gown to suit you! How cool is that? Though made to measure will reduce potential alterations significantly, we still recommend you take your gown to a tailor to get the ultimate fit.


Q: How can I prepare for my appointment?

This is the fun part! Please arrive at your appointment with nude, seamless undergarments (or whatever you would like to wear underneath your gown). Bring with you a shoe option or two that will provide the ideal height you would wear on your wedding day. We are all for you getting glam for your Bryde experience, however, we kindly ask that you apply makeup from the chin up to ensure our samples are in tip top shape for Brydes to be!


Q: Is your shop kid friendly?

We love little ones! However, we have learned with experience that our gowns, furniture, and fixtures are not kid-friendly, and the presence of children (with exception of non-mobile babies) can take away from the focus being entirely on the bryde during her appointment, which is what we're all about! We kindly ask that you do not bring any small children to your appointment. We do understand that there can be special circumstances. We ask that you contact us beforehand so we can do our best to accommodate you. :)
